COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) - We see you Gamecocks fans, you haven’t been forgotten!
University of South Carolina Alumn and Nashville-based Singer-Songwriter, Patrick Davis, is singing about those football blues you may have been feeling. The ode perfectly captures what some SC fans are experiencing after rival Clemson won the National Championship for the second time in three years.
The morning after Clemson’s win, Davis sat down and wrote this humorous song called "Big Ole Cock Blues” to describe his feelings over the win and try to get a laugh from some of his friends and family.
He, and many other South Carolina fans around the nation, are suffering from the “Clemson keeps winning National Championship blues.”
Davis posted the video to his Facebook page and it has been viewed over 80K times with more than 2K likes, shares and comments.
