COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) - Hey you! Ready to jump start that New Year’s Resolution of eating healthier? We’re here to help you start early. We pulled together two healthy appetizers and a “mocktail” with Rosewood Market: the prep instructions are on this Facebook Live and ingredients are below!

Whipped Feta Spread

Ingredients:

12 oz feta cheese

4 oz. cream cheese.

Zest & juice of one lemon

Salt + pepper to taste

- Whip all ingredients together in blender.

- Serve on your favorite cracker or dip with veggies and add different toppings!

Chicken Satay Skewers

Ingredients:

Chicken

Full-fat Greek yogurt

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp cumin

Salt to taste

Prep:

-Marinate chicken in full-fat Greek yogurt 1-6 hours.

-Skewer chicken.

-Cook on hot plate. Top as you please!

(Rosewood Market suggestions for toppings)

- Top with Tzatziki sauce, arugula, pomegranate seeds, and pine nuts.

OR

-Top with red Thai curry, coconut flakes, cilantro.

Kombucha Mocktail:

3 parts ginger kombucha

1 part pomegranate juice

garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds and fresh rosemary.

Serve in cute cocktail glasses for an alcohol-free cocktail!
