Suspect in viral mugshot photo booked in the Lee County, AL jail

LEE COUNTY, AL (WTVM) - The subject of a viral mugshot photo out of Escambia County, AL has made his way to the Chattahoochee Valley.
Charles Dion McDowell was arrested in the early morning hours of Nov. 21 and booked into the Lee County Jail.
McDowell’s charges including attempting to elude police and possession of marijuana, among other lesser charges.
There is no word on if McDowell has been released from the jail.
