Recipe Name: Banana Cake
Prep Time and Bake Time: Prep time 10 min Bake 45-50 min
Ingredient List and Recipe Steps:
1 yellow cake mix 2 eggs 1/4 cup oil 1 cup water 2-3 ripe banana's 1 can of vanilla frosting and 1 more banana
Mix cake mix and the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl with mixer. Pour into a bundt cake pan that you have sprayed. Bake for 45- 50 minutes or test done. Remove from oven, let cool for 10-15- minutes. Remove from pan and invert onto a plate bigger than the cake. Cut cake in half at the middle. Place one can of vanilla frosting into microwave and melt slightly. Add one more banana to the icing, and place 1/2 can of frosting inside of the cake that you cut. Put top back on the cake and put the rest of the icing on the top, so that it runs down the sides.
Optional **Add about a cup of walnuts to the cake mix if you like.
Servings: 8-10
Comments: this is a very simple recipe but its delicious, and a good way to use up bananas
