Hawaiian Cheese Dip Loaf

Hawaiian Cheese Dip Loaf

Appetizers  Prep time 2 hours  Serves 10-12
1 Loaf King Hawaiian Sweet Bread 
4 oz. Swiss Cheese 
8 oz. Mozzarella  Cheese 
4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese (Amounts of cheeses may be increased proportionately)  
12 oz. cream cheese, softened 
8 oz. Sour Cream 
1 cup Mayonnaise 
1 cup dried beef, chipped (I chip with kitchen scissors)

All cheeses should be grated

Cut off top of bread loaf and save top. Hull out inside, careful not to dig too deep and break through the crust. Combine all ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Pack mixture inside loaf, replace top. Wrap in doubled aluminum foil and place on a cookie sheet or pizza pan.  Bake for 1 and 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serve warm with Fritos Dipper (Scoops) chips. Loaf can be made ahead and refrigerated until time to cook.
