New Patients
Same-day appointments are always available for new patients. Please allow several extra minutes before your first appointment to complete your registration forms, which include personal and insurance information. We highly recommend taht you bring a list of your current medications or their bottles. You should also bring a list of your current insurance cards and a picture ID so we can confirm your medical coverage. Male and female patients of all ages are welcome. Once you are registered, all family members are welcome to become our patients.

We reserve a specific appointment slot for you each time you schedule a visit to our office. We kindly ask that you call in advance so that we can set aside appropriate time for your care. We can always work you in to see the doctor if an urgent matter arises, but please call prior to arriving to the office. This advance notice allows us to properly prepare for your care.

We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most Private Insurances; our staff is able to inform you of our participation in your insurance network. We ask that you have your insruance cards available when calling to make an appointment. This allows our staff to verify your healthcare coverage prior to your arrival. It is important to remember that insurance coverage is a contract between YOU and your INSURANCE COMPANY. Most insurance plans cover some percentage of your medical charges. We will eagerly help you to receive your maximum allowable benefits, but be mindful that payment is ultimately your responsibility. Often times billing questions may arise; please freely call our billing company at 803-783-4204 for assistance.
