Total Time: 12 min
1 cup Small Curd Cottage Cheese (drain water) 3 boiled eggs -Press thru large garlic press 1/3 cup Medium/sharp chedder shredded 1/4 cup parmesan cheese shredded 3-4 cooked chicken breasts 1/4 tea spoon Cream of Tarter 1/4-1/2 teaspoon Mr. Dash "Tomato Basil Garlic" 1/4-1/2 teaspoon Mr. Dash "Grilling Blend Chicken" 1/8-1/4 teaspoon White pepper 1/4 teaspoon Lavender pepper (special sea salt blend) Optional
1. Heat first four ingredients in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes to to soften and stir.
2. Mix well with fork or spoon.
3. Fill into chicken breast; cut four slices and fill.
Yield: 3 to 4 servings Comments: We wanted a cheese like the fatty raviola filled noodles, texture and all. Yum!
