Man wanted on drug charges in Whitmire turns self in

WHITMIRE, SC (WIS) - A man wanted on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine turned himself in at the courthouse on Thursday afternoon.

Earnest Hannah, 41, of Whitmire, was wanted for manufacturing methamphetamine at his Whitmire home.

His wife, Carol Allison Hannah, 47, also of Whitmire, was arrested on the same charges by Whitmire police on June 11th.

Hannah, with an attorney in tow, turned himself in around 3pm Thursday at the courthouse and told officers he did not realize he was a wanted person, said Whitmire Police Chief Jeremiah Sinclair.
