(Columbia) March 28, 2007 - A march and rally in downtown Columbia focused on the importance of reading Wednesday.
More than 1,700 students and adults from schools across the state gathered for the 2007 Read-in.
This year's theme is 'Kids Who Read, Succeed.' It all started with a parade down Senate Street, ending on the steps of the State House.
