Rice Home knows the secret to providing superior services to older adults: provide your residents with experienced staff who have extensive knowledge about older adults and the issues that are important to them. Denice D. Halley, Director of Social Work for the Rice Home, has what it takes to set herself apart from the rest.

The British Virgin Islands native holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of South Carolina.
Halley joined the Rice Home in September of 2004. Through her work at the Rice Home, she provides support to residents and family members in independent living, assisted living, memory support assisted living and skilled nursing care. "She's a top contributor to the success of our community and the well-being of our residents," states Ken McManus, Rice Home Administrator.
