Roasted Asparagus

Roasted Asparagus

Makes 4 servings

1 lb asparagus
½ tb olive oil
1 tb balsamic vinegar
½ tsp minced garlic
¼ tsp black pepper

1. Preheat oven to 425º.
2. Snap off tough ends of asparagus.  Place in a jelly-roll pan.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar; sprinkle with garlic and pepper, tossing to coat.
4. Bake at 425º for 10 minutes, turning once.
