I called my sister in Johnston and she decided to assist me by trying it also. I measured my waist (39inches):( I have lost 3 lbs. The book came yesterday and the excersice DVD. I intend to stick it out. The hardest part is cooking for my family, they don't want all of their favorites deleted from their diets.
