(New Orleans-AP) August 28, 2006 - Fifteen members of Congress are touring some of the areas hit hardest by Hurricane Katrina one year ago.
They boarded a bus in the fabled French Quarter of New Orleans Monday morning, and will be along the Mississippi Gulf Coast later Monday.
Congressman William Jefferson of New Orleans is leading the contingent. He says a year after the storm, there's still a lot of work to be done.
President Bush plans to visit Mississippi Monday and then New Orleans Tuesday. It'll be his 13th visit to the Gulf Coast in the year since Katrina hit.
