S.C. man selling tax fraud schemes, Justice Department says

(Anderson - AP) October 21, 2005 - The Justice Department is trying to stop a disbarred Anderson attorney from selling advice on how to avoid paying taxes.

The department says Robert B. Clarkson sells how-to guides for evading taxes for 55 dollars to 300 dollars on his Web site. The department wants Clarkson to turn over customers' information, including names and Social security numbers.

Clarkson is the executive director of the Patriot Network. According to the Web site, the group is an association of independent political clubs.
