(WIS) - Students at University of South Carolina are going to have to shell out more next year for school.
The University's Board of Trustees approved raising tuition prices. Tuition will go up almost 3% in 2019.
That means in-state undergraduate students will pay an extra $177 per semester, and that does not include housing, meals or books.
Out of state students will pay about $468 more per semester at the Columbia campus.
The hike varies from campus to campus.
