Change the line-up of fruit each time you make this recipe! Add a drop of food color to the cream cheese for extra color.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
4 rice cakes
1/4 cup soft cream cheese
Dash of vanilla
1 cup assorted fresh and dried fruit (kiwifruit, blueberries, strawberries, mandarin oranges segments, and dried cranberries)
Instructions:
1: CHILD/ PARENT: Measure cream cheese put in small bowl. Add vanilla. Blend well.
2: CHILD/ PARENT: Wash fresh fruit and pat dry. Cut it small pieces. Put each fruit in a small bowl.
3: CHILD: Spread a layer of cream cheese on top of each rice cake to cover it.
4: CHILD: Decorate with different fruits. Enjoy!
