4 large chicken breasts 1 bag of frozen broccoli 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 cup mayo 1/2 cup sour cream 8 oz. cheddar cheese 2 packages of Ritz or Townhouse Crackers
Boil Chicken until completely cooked. Cook Broccoli according to package directions. Drain. In a large bowl, combine mayo, cream of chicken and sour cream. Grease large baking dish with butter. Layer ingredients. Put Broccoli in bottom of dish. Sprinkle cheese on top of broccoli. Dice or shred chicken and layer on top of cheese. Pour mixture from bowl on top of chicken. Crumble crackers and sprinkle over mixture. Melt 1/2 stick of butter and drizzle over crackers. Bake at 350 for 20-30 min. until crackers have browned and casserole is warm throughout. Enjoy!
