Cement debris that caused parts of Assembly Street to be closed Wednesday morning has been cleared from the street.
According to Columbia Police a cement truck spilled part of its load in the northbound lanes of Assembly Street between Blossom and Pendleton Streets. Some of the mix has dried and was on the pavement.
Traffic was diverted for several hours but all lanes are now clear. Columbia Police say traffic is back to normal.
