The duo, according to sheriff's investigators, forced the four victims, all between the ages of 15 and 17, to perform sex acts on men for money at a Days Inn during Nov. 11 - 13.

Richland County investigators were told about the sex trafficking incident the next day and set out to arrest Carter and Alford.

Carter turned himself in Nov. 17 while Alford turned herself in on Nov. 23.
