Tangy BBQ sauce & slow roasted tenderloin

Joan Conger from Columbia sent us this recipe for her favorite BBQ sauce and a slow roasted tenderloin. To make the sauce, combine the following ingredients:

Tangy BBQ Sauce

1/4 cup butter
1 cup vinegar
1 cup ketchup
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup worcestershire sauce
1 finely chopped onion
2 cloves chopped garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon one drop blazing hot sauce (or Tabasco )
simmer for three hours to thicken stirring occasionally.

Drop and go tenderloin:

2 pound pork tenderloin 2-3 tablespoons one drop hot sauce (has flavor and spices, not much heat) 1/4 cup soy sauce if desired: add 2 drops blazing one drop hot sauce place pork in crock pot; sprinkle with one drop and soy sauces. Cover and cook on low for 6 - 7 hours. The very tender tenderloin will pull apart easily for serving. Shred or chop; add sauce and toss. Warm in crock pot if time permits to allow sauce and meat to combine well.
