Nursing Medical Services Available:
Pre-Admission Needs Assessment Interview by the Health Care Team (including the resident, members of the supporting family, resident's personal physician and The Methodist Oaks' Professional Staff).
On-Going Nursing Assessment of the resident's physical and mental status, with appropriate intervention identified and implemented. Each resident will have an individualized computer-produced Nursing Care Plan.
Around-the-clock nursing staff providing the highest quality professional nursing care.
