South Carolina first baseman Kyle Martin was selected as a second-team Louisville Slugger All-American by Collegiate Baseball.
The product out of Wade Hampton High finished the 2015 campaign with a .350 batting average, 14 home runs and 56 RBI to lead all Gamecocks in those respective categories.
Martin tallied 50 runs, 12 doubles, two triples and 11 stolen bases this past season while posting a .455 on-base percentage. In 57 games played, Martin came away with 14 multi-RBI performances on his way to being named a first-team All-SEC selection.
In conference play, Martin had 11 home runs with a league-best 85 total bases. In those 30 league games, the senior also had a .794 slugging percentage with a .393 batting average.
