Son arrested, more charged in sexual conduct case involving reserve deputy

COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) - A former reserve deputy with the Richland County Sheriff's Department will receive more charges and three more have been arrested in connection with a criminal sexual conduct case.

Michael Collum, 43, has now been charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor first degree, 13 counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor second degree, one count of criminal sexual conduct with a minor third degree, and nine counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

According to investigators, Collum gave alcohol to a 10-year-old girl, a 13-year-old girl, and a 15-year-old girl, sexually assaulted them, and arranged for other men to assault the girls.

As a result, deputies have also arrested Collum's son, Delvin Collum, 18, Kevin Graef, 44, and Calvin Reed, 40. All have been hit with a various number of second degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor charges.

Deputies are also seeking a fourth man in connection with these incidents, a man known only as "Andari." Investigators believe Andari is of Russian or Eastern European decent and is 6" tall with a muscular build and dark hair. Investigators think he may frequent the Summit in Richland County.
