COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) - A'ja Wilson scored 23 points and Elem Ibiam had 21 points, both career highs, as No. 1 South Carolina routed Savannah State 111-49 on Sunday.
The Gamecocks (9-0) broke 100 points for the first time in coach Dawn Staley's seven seasons and showed no rust from a week off for exams. Wilson's layup with 4:21 to go pushed the Gamecocks over the century mark.
Alaina Coates added 20 points and 10 rebounds. Tina Roy had 10 assists off the bench, another career best.
South Carolina shot 58.5 percent from the field and outrebounded Savannah State 56-21.
It was South Carolina's highest point total since beating North Carolina A&T 117-63 in November 2006. The Gamecocks scored 111 points despite hitting only one 3-pointer.
