Joe Pinner and Judi Gatson hosted the 3rd Annual Carolina Carillon Holiday Parade from downtown Columbia.

Best Performance - Chinese Association of Columbia

Best Float - Grace Baptist Church

Best Overall (tie)- Columbia City Ballet and Carolina Free Style
