COLUMBIA, SC (TheBigSpur.com)- South Carolina head coach Steve Spurrier, speaking with the media on Sunday afternoon on his weekly teleconference, delivered some good news and bad news on the injury front. Tight end Rory Anderson, who has been out since tearing his triceps against Furman, will be back this weekend against Florida.
The bad news, however, is defensive tackle Abu Lamin was in a car wreck over the weekend and while he's OK, he'll miss the game against the Gators.
"Busta Anderson should be back. He had a triceps injury four weeks ago, or so. We think Busta Anderson will be back at tight end,
Spurrier said. "Had a player in a car wreck over the weekend, Abu Lamin. He's OK, but he got scraped up pretty good. Abu is going to look like he's definitely going to be out this game."
Linebacker Skai Moore, who missed the Tennessee game with a sprained ankle, will also be back for the Florida game, which kicks off at noon on Saturday on the SEC Network. Spurrier said that Moore, "should be able to come around and play some."
Spurrier also mentioned that Jordan Diggs (undisclosed), Sharrod Golightly (wisdom teeth) and Mason Harris (knee) will all be ready to play against the Gators.
