COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) - Former Richland County Reserve Deputy Michael Collum was taken into custody and charged with four counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor by the Richland County Sheriff's Department.
According to Sheriff Leon Lott, Collum sexually assaulted a 15-year-old victim for two years beginning in October 2012.
Collum worked as a Reserve Deputy for less than a year with the Richland County Sheriff's Department.
According to Lt. Curtis Wilson, investigators are continuing to investigate any additional incidents that may involve Collum and more charges may be added.
