Looking for a safe place to let the kids enjoy Halloween? Head on over to the City of Columbia's Spooktacular Block Party for an evening of fun, featuring a costume contest, jugglers, stilt walker, carnival games, food trucks, exhibitors, interactive inflatables, a pumpkin patch and more!
