Richland County is still seeking information from those who may have any information on a double homicide that took place on Thursday.

Carlos Flores, 17, and a 15-year-old girl were taken into custody on Interstate 20 after the girl was spotted slamming into other vehicles on the interstate Thursday morning according to the Richland County Sheriff's Department.

After receiving a tip from the Aiken County Sheriff's Department, sheriff's deputies responded to a home on Kentucky Street Friday and found the bodies of two men, Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott said.

Richland County Coroner Gary Watts said Saturday William Todd Watlington, Jr., 27, of Lexington, and Joshua Samuel Cullifer, 22, of Columbia, died as a result of gunshot wounds.

Lott said investigators determined there was a verbal altercation over drugs before the shooting.

Lott said that Flores, who is facing murder charges, is facing additional charges in Aiken County and will be transported to the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.

Accessory after the fact charges for the 15-year-old will be forwarded to family court.

Flores and the girl are also facing charges in connection with a shooting on Wednesday in North Augusta.

Authorities said the two robbed a man while he was in his car at his mailbox and the girl shot him when he refused to hand over his phone.

The pair are also are accused of carjacking a man at gunpoint last week in North Augusta.

However, deputies are still searching for others who may have been involved in the incident. Lott said one person they are looking for is a white female with black hair and multiple tattoos, face piercings and is about 23 or 24 years old. The second person of interest for the Richland County Sheriff's Department is a white male with long, blonde hair and a short beard who appears to be 28 or 29 years old. The third person is also a clean shaven white male with brown hair in his twenties. According to Lt. Curtis Wilson, they were last seen traveling in a gray or silver car with Veterans' tag on it.
