Surveillance video released of woman wanted for fraud

COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) -

Richland County sheriff's deputies are asking for the public's help to identify a woman wanted for fraud.

On June 15 the victim was notified by his bank that his card had been used by the suspect at various businesses. 

Sheriff Leon Lott said that the suspect was captured on video surveillance equipment using the stolen credit card at Beauty World at 6012 North Main Street and Wal-Mart at 321 Killian Road.

Lott said that the suspect stole $2,036 in merchandise using the victim's credit card.

Anyone with information about the woman seen in surveillance video is asked to call Crimestoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
