An investigation at a flea market in West Columbia on Wednesday resulted in the arrests of two Irmo men for selling counterfeit items at a flea market.

According to Major John Allard of the Lexington County Sheriff's Department, Sha Kim Lahmel Graham (19) and Nigel Ali Moore (38) were arrested for selling counterfeit items worth between $2,000 and $10,000. Both men were arrested following an inspection of their vendor booth.

Items sold by Graham and Moore included 20 National Football League and National Basketball Association team hats, 22 Nike Air Jordan athletic shoes, 24 AF1 athletic shoes, one Gucci belt and 115 compact disc recordings of commercially produced movies according to authorities.

Deputies seized all of the counterfeit items.

Less than a week ago, authorities seized hundreds of thousands of dollars in counterfeit merchandise in a sting operation.

According to Lexington County Sheriff Lewis McCarty, deputies will regularly inspect vendor booths at the Augusta Road flea market as long as counterfeit items continue to be sold by vendors at the booths.
