COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) -

Columbia Police Investigators have outstanding arrest warrants for a man accused of urinating on and assaulting a man during an armed robbery in the 1000 block of Elmwood Avenue Tuesday.

CPD Officers want to locate 51-year-old Anthony Wayne Cook.

Police said once arrested, Cook is expected to be charged with armed robbery, first degree assault and battery, and kidnapping.

Anthony's brother, Richard Cook, 49, has already been arrested and charged with armed robbery and first degree assault and battery, police said.

The victim told police Anthony Cook knocked him to the ground, forced him to stay down, while he ripped his shirt, stole his ID from his wallet and urinated on him.

Anthony Cook allegedly told the victim that he had a knife and threatened him.

Anthony Cook also allegedly stole the victim's moped keys and handed them to his brother Richard Cook who allegedly drove off on the vehicle.

Richard Cook was arrested near the crime scene and was allegedly in possession of the moped at the time.
