NEWBERRY COUNTY, SC (WIS/AP) - The four Tennessee teens who led police on a 10-hour chase last week will be heading back to the Volunteer State.
The teens appeared before a Abbeville County family court judge Monday where they all consented to extradition.
Investigators say the teens fled Greene County, Tenn., after a 16-year-old killed his 36-year-old father.
Newberry County sheriff's investigators identified the suspects as 15-year-old Liam Lawler, 16-year-old Shelby Riley, 16-year-old Zack Blanchard, and 15-year-old Daniel Richards-Birchfield.
Police have said the teens took at least eight guns from Greene County, Tenn. They also face accessory and theft charges.
Authorities have not given a timeline for the teens' extradition to Tennessee, but Foster says Newberry County is working with authorities Tennessee to begin the process.
