CLEMSON, S.C. (AP) - Clemson defensive end Corey Crawford doesn't like reliving his trip to the Orange Bowl as a freshman two seasons ago, the one that ended with the Tigers' defense a national flop after a 70-33 loss to West Virginia.

Beyond all those Mountaineers' touchdowns or the jokes that continued for months - "West Virginia scored again" - was the feeling around campus when the Tigers returned. Crawford understood the team had let down students and fans and he does not plan a repeat of that when the 12th-ranked Tigers (10-2) face No. 7 Ohio State in the Orange Bowl next Friday.

Crawford played 32 snaps as a backup in the West Virginia loss. As a starter this season, Crawford has helped Clemson lead the nation in tackles for loss.
