AMBER Alert canceled for 2-year-old from Greenville County

GREENVILLE COUNTY, SC (WIS) -

The State Law Enforcement Division has canceled an AMBER Alert for a 2-year-old Hispanic child out of Greenville County.

Investigators from the Greenville County Sheriff's Office say the child, Justin Santiago Perez, was taken from his home at 729 SE Main Street in Simpsonville.

SLED officials canceled the alert around 8:13 p.m. after Perez was found safe. 

Officials are still looking for 35-year-old Wbernerl Perez. Wbernel is described as 140 pounds and 5'6" tall with brown eyes and brown/black hair.

He may be driving a 2010 Hyundai Elantra with a South Carolina license plate tag HLX-732.
