ALLIANCE, OH (Toledo News Now) -

The Ohio Attorney General's Office is featuring a murder case from nearly a decade ago in hopes of solving the crime.

The body of Kathryn Menendez was found on an oil well road off Fewtown Road in Portage County, Ohio on August 25, 1994. Menendez was strangled, stabbed, and bludgeoned to death. Her clothing has never been found.

Menendez was reported as a runaway five days before her body was found. Authorities believe she had been murdered 24 to 48 hours before she was discovered.
