The incident was reported on Monday when detectives in York County were contacted by the SC Secretary of State's office about a business in Rock Hill selling counterfeit clothing, according to a news release from the York County Sheriff's Office.

Detectives say they discovered counterfeit NFL and NBA jerseys for sale at the Palmetto Pawn Shop on the 4300 block of Old York Road. They also found hats and other counterfeit labels such as True Religion, Ed Hardy and Versace, according to the release.
