Burned flags found after Horry County school evacuated

HORRY COUNTY, SC, (WMBF) - Horry County Police Department's bomb squad found burned flags  at St. James High School after students were evacuated following an arson at the entrance of the building.

An image of the arson suspect apparently wearing head-to-toe black clothing, black goggles, and carrying a bag was released by Lt. Kegler at about 10:40 a.m. Monday morning.
