Investigation under way in motorcyclist's death

TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

Toledo Police temporarily closed Dorr and Richards early Thursday morning to investigate the death of a motorcyclist.

Last Friday, 54-year-old Lawrence Hilton was taken to the hospital in critical condition after crashing his motorcycle into the passenger side door of another car. Hilton was wearing a helmet during the time of the accident. He died in the hospital from his injuries.

During the 45 minute closure of Dorr and Richards on Thursday, Police say they took pictures and collected evidence.
