ORANGEBURG COUNTY, SC (WIS) -

In the tiny town of Eutawville, which boasts a population of just 315 people, lives a two-time South Carolina Education Lottery winner.

Three years ago the winner, who did not wish to be identified, won $200,000 and last week reappeared with a $100,000 winning ticket.

"I must have an angel watching over me," the winner confessed.

When asked which of the two wins was the sweetest, the winner admits they both were.

As of this report, two top prizes of $100,000 remain in the $5 "7" game. The odds of winning the top prize were 1 in 400,000.

For selling the claimed ticket, Quick Pantry #6 on Five Chop Road in Orangeburg received a commission of $1,000.

Officials say more than one million college scholarships and grants have been awarded to South Carolina's students, since the start of the Lottery in 2002. In all, more than $3.1 billion has been transferred to support educational programs in the Palmetto State, according to lottery officials.
