TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

A prison inmate's court date has been rescheduled after technical problems occurred during his arraignment.

Dustin Lynch, a 26-year-old prison inmate in Toledo, was scheduled to be arraigned on murder charges Wednesday, but the date has been moved after the Skype system would not work.

Lynch is already serving a life sentence for killing a teen girl.

Now he is accused of assaulting an inmate and strangling another to death back in March.
