Richland County deputies say a man accused of killing his girlfriend's sister has been arrested.

Deputy Curtis Wilson says Jacobie Grace turned himself in to authorities in Marlboro County Friday night.  He was returned to Richland County to face a murder charge.

Deputies say shortly before 4:00 a.m. Friday officers responded to shots fired call at 2104 Greenoaks Road and found 27-year-old Tamara S. Lyles dead.

Investigators believe it is a domestic situation where a man shot and killed his girlfriend's  sister.

Deputies say Grace got into an argument with Lyles at a night club and shot her, then took off in a red SUV.  The vehicle was recovered on Interstate 77 near Pervical Road.

According to Richland County Coroner Gary Watts, Lyles died from a gunshot wound to the upper body.

Investigators also say they found the vehicle they believe the suspect was driving.

Greenoaks road is located off Decker Blvd.
