Sheriff: Suspect used victim’s debit card at 3 different locations

The Richland County Sheriff's Department is asking for the community's assistance in identifying or locating a suspect wanted for motor vehicle theft and fraud. 

The report said between 3 a.m. and 9 a.m. on May 1, an unknown suspect broke into a vehicle on Ivy Garden Lane, and stole the victim's purse, cash, and debit card.
