NORTH CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) -

North Charleston police are looking for a man who held up a bank on Monday.

According to police spokesman Spencer Pryor, the bank robbery happened at the SunTrust Bank at 8610 Dorchester Road, at Club Course Drive, around 10:30 a.m.

Pryor said the suspect was armed with a handgun when he demanded money from a teller.

The suspect left the scene after receiving an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was injured.

Pryor said the suspect was seen getting into an older-model green Honda with another man driving.  That vehicle was last seen on Patriot Boulevard headed towards Palmetto Commerce Parkway, according to Pryor.

Surveillance video from the bank shows the suspect wearing sunglasses, a hat, and what appears to be a wig.
