CLOVER, SC (WBTV) -

A York County man is facing charges after deputies say he uploaded a child porn video to YouTube.com.

According to a York County Sheriff's Office, deputies were contact by the North Carolina Bureau of Investigation about a Clover man who may have uploaded an inappropriate video online.

That video showed a white female child undressing herself, according to the report, which was uploaded to YouTube.com.

Investigators say the IP address came back the home of 33-year-old Gregory Joseph Lingen, of Clover.

That's when York County Sheriff's deputies spoke to Lingen, who admitted that he uploaded the video to YouTube.com, and he had more videos on a computer in his house.

Lingen then signed a consent to seize form from the York County Sheriff's Office, who then took the devices back to the Sheriff's Office.  Two computers and other electronic equipment were seized.

Deputies say they looked on the computer's hard drive and a video was located on the backup hard drive in a hidden folder called "New Folder."

The video shows two white, male children, between the ages of 9 and 12-years-old, naked and performing sex acts on each other.

A preliminary review of the computers revealed numerous other files containing child pornography, a statement from the South Carolina Attorney General's office stated.

Lingen was arrested last week and charged with 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.  He reportedly bonded out of jail on Saturday after posting a $50,000 bond.

The case will be prosecuted by the Attorney General's Office.
