COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) -

Columbia Police are looking for a man accused of exposing himself to young girls who were walking to school last week.

Police Chief Randy Scott on Tuesday released a composite sketch created by a forensic artist from the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division that may look similar to the man.

The indecent exposure incident occurred on March 6 shortly before 8 a.m. at 3121 Millwood Avenue.

Four girls ranging in age from 15 to 17 tell investigators that as they walked to an area school they saw a man exposing his genitals and fondling himself.

The suspect is described as a dark-skinned black male, possibly between 30 and 40 years old. He was reportedly last seen wearing pajama pants and a puffy jacket with fur surrounding the hood.

Police believe that the man drove away in a dark colored SUV.

Chief Scott encourages citizens with information about this incident to call, text or submit online, their anonymous tip to Crimestoppers in any of the following ways: Call toll-free, 888-CRIME-SC, text to CRIMES (274637) and mark the beginning of the message with "TIPSC," followed by the tip information, or log onto: www.midlandscrimestoppers.com, and click on the red "Submit a tip" tab.

Tipsters could earn a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of the suspect.
