GAFFNEY, SC (AP) -

More than 100 video poker machines were found in a Gaffney building after investigators responded to a burglary call, deputies said.

According to an incident report, Cherokee County deputies were called to 144 Matthew Dr. on Feb. 28 after someone reported copper wire being stolen from inside. The report said that while there, deputies noticed what they believed to be illegal gambling machines.

A search of the building turned up 37 video poker machines, according to the incident report. The report said that deputies found 64 more video poker machines in a second building.

James Hutt was arrested in connection with the burglary, according to deputies.

Investigators said they are still trying to determine who owns the video poker machines.
