as follows:

15, 2013;
Preferred Shares, Series III

$0.3250 per share payable April 1, 2013, to shareholders of record March
15, 2013;
Preferred Shares, Series IV

$0.3250 per share payable April 1, 2013, to shareholders of record March
15, 2013; and
Preferred Shares, Series V
