Before heading to Orlando and spring training next week, Atlanta Braves hitting coach Greg Walker was honored in his hometown of Douglas Monday.
The big news on "Greg Walker Day" was the city naming the athletic complex at Coffee Middle School in honor of Greg Walker.
Walker joined the Braves last season after working for eight years a hitting coach with the Chicago White Sox.
He also played nine seasons for the White Sox and Orioles.
