Georgia Southwestern staged a furious comeback but their rally ends with a 78-73 loss at North Georgia Thursday.
The Hurricanes were down by as many as 25 points but cut the Saints lead to 6 points with just over 1:00 to play.
Matt Shaw led the Hurricanes with 19 points.
GSW men are 7-10 and 3-7 in conference play.
The GSW women lost 71-42 and are now 3-14 and 1-9 in the PBC.
The Georgia Southwestern basketball teams close out their long road swing Saturday afternoon at Columbus State.
